Winter Treats with White Knight Vegan Nut Mylk

It wouldn't be Winter without some sweet treats to warm you up! Made with love by our friend @Katalysthealth, these delicious recipes are Vegan + Gluten Free. Using Garden of Flavor's Vegan Nut Mylk, bring all the flavors of the Holiday season into one bite!

Pumpkin Streusel Muffins


1⅓ cups gf oat flour

1½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp sea salt

6 tablespoons coconut oil, soft

⅔ cup Monkfruit

1 flax egg

¾ cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp Vanilla extract

½ cup Garden of Flavor Vegan Nut Mylk

½ tsp apple cider vinegar


⅔ cup oat flour

½ cup golden monk fruit

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ cup coconut oil, soft


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together coconut oil + monk fruit until combined,, then add flax egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Stir in Flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt. Slowly add milk & stir until batter forms. Spoon batter into muffin liners. Combine topping and sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake for 18 minutes.

Carmel Apple Pumpkin Overnight Oatmeal (Dairy Free)


½ cup gf rolled oats

1 scoop plant protein 

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup Garden of Flavor Vegan Nut Mylk

*optional: sweetener if protein powder isn't sweetened


1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup

splash vanilla extract


½ apple, chopped

½ tsp cinnamon

splash water


Whisk together oat ingredients & place in the fridge overnight. When ready to eat, whisk together caramel ingredients & spread over top of oats. Add apple ingredients to a small bowl & microwave for 1 minute or until apples are soft. Add to the top of your oatmeal & dig in!
