While we all have our go-to orders and home recipes for our favorite fall treat, we decided to create a healthy pumpkin smoothie to celebrate the changing of seasons!
Using Garden of Flavor’s Vegan Nut Mylk, we’ve created a delicious Pumpkin Smoothie to give you all the fall flavors you love, plus protein! Blended with vanilla bean and cinnamon, White Knight is GOF’s rich cashew mylk that blends uniquely with savory pumpkin.
Here’s what you’ll need:
¾ of a bottle of GOF White Knight
½ Frozen Banana (can add more for desired thickness)
½ cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
A few pinches of Cinnamon/Pumpkin Pie spice
Optional: ½ cup Rolled Oats
